The is another response to the big quesiton who chooses who, the male or the female?
Even though the person who wrote this thinks that booth male and female are equal in the choose. If you read closely, I think you'll discover that the female has the ultimate control of allowing the male to aproach.
What are your thoughts?

For me it’s the males that come on to me first when they may be interested in more. Then we precede with getting to know one another and then thats when I let the guy know what my needs and desires are and what his maybe as well....within a respectable amount of time, but not to long because I feel you should be up front with what you want, expect and need out of the coupling. I'm very direct when it comes to sex.. passion and making love. Some guys aren't sure how to take me on this, why I don't know. I feel its both of us because at lease for me; I have to find you attractive on many levels and intelligence is one that’s very important to me.. along with being very sexy.

This weekend was awesome! I got to spend some quality time with some great people.
I can’t believe how fast and close I’ve grown to a group of completly new people.

This group of people had taught me so much, so fast. My only thought is, I hope that to give back as much as I’ve received.

I believe the reason that we grew close so fast is we all shared the same passion.
We all had the same passion to give to others, and help others. When you share a common goal like this, nothing but good can happen.

I'm doing a coaching class in Denver, Co.
It's awesome..I truley beleive that by helping others we help our self.
I've also discovered that most people worst enimies is there self.
Our inner self is always talking to us, (if you saying I wonder what he means by that), that is the innner voice I'm talking about. Well that inner voice either talks us up or down. If that voice talks us down, than that voice is part of the shity commity, "Don't listen to it"
Make your own support group, and spend your time talking yourself up.

Today was a great day. I was able to give to others. I work with people who are looking to expand their horizin's.
I get great joy by being able to help others find thier inner talents and strengths.
This is my giving in life, to see others grow is priceless.
So I'll leave by asking, do you have shortages in your life?
If you answered yes, then maybe it's time to, stop and take a look at your life, than ask what are you giving?

Question, if you woke up tomorrow with enough money in the bank that you would never need to work again, what would you do the?
1) Quite your job?
2) Spend as much as you can?
3) Help a needy family?
A lot of people go through life dreaming of what they'd like to do. For what ever reason too many people settle for what they are doing.
Many people die, living thier lifes of what could have been.
Take this time of the NEW YEAR and think, what I'm doing now, is it really making me a happier person.
If yes good you've found your calling'
If no, it's time to do some soul searching.

I think it is healthy to let a tear come through every now and then. It's part of a healing process. If humans don't shed a tear from time to time, they'll become hardend..
So as not to become hardened I took my wife to a movie called "The Family Stone"
Basicly it's a movie with about a family and acceptence. If you want to share a good tear jerker with your spose go see this.

I do acheviment coaching. It is so rewarding to help others. One of the things that I've discover is how to set the attitude of the day.
WAKE UP! Get out of bed, smile breath, do a positive movment.
I'm suprised at the amont of people who sleep extra long in the morning.
They'll say they just like to sleep. BLAH BLAH,, There will plenty of time to sleep when your dead.
People who sleep in are really just avoiding the truth. The truth that they are not happy with the life they live.
I could go on and on, for now I'll just say smile and get up in the morning. Take the life that has been given to you. Enjoy it and make the most out of IT.

I totaly agree,,I think alot of people have it backwards.. So many people are putting the JOBS first in there lifes.. It's not the job or education that will give you true fulfillness..but the uderstaning of your true reason why you've prt on this world.We've been all created different for a reason,, and that is to give us the ablity to give to others what they don't have,,,Learn to give and than you'll recieve,,Than and only than will you truely appreciate what you have...

Honesty

what's people's deal with honesty?
they say they want it, they say they like it..

am i way too honest? i say what's on my mind... is that a bad thing?
i feel like i've been getting the "shocked" attitude when people meet me for the first time...

This is my thought on honesty. There is a shortage of it in the world today.
I'm not talking about the topics of honesty gone astray in the news.
What I'm talking about is humane interaction.
It's critical as humanes we accept honesty from one another, this is the only way we can grow.
The people that grow the most in life are able to take advice, or critic from others.
If somebody doesn't want the truth it is usaly because they can't handle it.
In Jack Canfeild's book " The Success Principal" How to get from where you are to where you want to be, he talks about one of the pricipal of asking for feed back.
If you find people shutting you down when they ask you a question, it might be time to find other people.

After being in the real estate business for over eight years I’ve made some discoveries and observations. I’ve found that there are some real estate agents that don’t take the risk needed to launch their self into greatness.
If I had to boil it down to the one reason why agents, or people in general don’t propel their selves into greatness it’s because of this, SELF ESTEEM.
We as a nation are suffering from an epidemic of Low Self Esteem.

I believe that low self esteem has been breed into us at a very early stage in life. Our family, friends, and peers taught us that we are not worthy of greatness.
As Jack Canfield talked about in his book “The Success Principals”
Jack referred to these people as “Dream Busters”

Do you want to take it to the next level in your life?
If yes, I strongly suggest these steps:
1) Avoid Dream Busters; at all cost, get the people out of your life that are busting your Dreams.
2) Surround yourself with Dream Supporters. Find people who acknowledge you and support you.
3) Find Mentors and Coaches; these are people who will bring out the best in you and challenge you.
4) Push yourself out of your comfort zone. Try something that will push you, do something risky, and take a chance.

I was talking with a friend of mine the other day.We were talking about playing computer games, and how it's a billion dollar industry.This isn't the first time I've had this conversation, about this topic. I committed that the gaming industry, is basically dominated by men. I also stated that if gaming industry finds a way to penetrate the female market it world be allover (Huge).I think though that women will never buy into the gaming industry the way men do.Basically games are all about conquering, and I truly believe women are all about connecting. Which is why I believe Weblogs or Blogs are the next big thing. Bogs are the next big thing to connecting with.Any thoughts out there?

A new paradigm

Forward:

One day my wife and I went out for a cup of coffee, one of those things that I love to do. I was telling her what triggered me to start writing this book. The two things that made me take notice, and drove me to the point of anger, anger to where I felt compelled to do something as drastic as writing a book.
Keep in mind I have Attention Deficit Disorder so bad that this is painful just sitting here writing this.
Now the two things that I’m going to mention, I’ll need to do a little clarification.
At first thought I had to decide what the book was going to be about.
My goal for this book is that it motivates, (excites) people to take action to help others. If by reading this book someone learns to become a better person, than my goal has been achieved.
Now that being said let me stimulate your thought by asking some questions. What is going on in the US? The two things that I’ve noticed is the rise in child abductions, and the amount of Female teacher student sexual assaults on the rise.
You might be scratching your head and asking your self, how does this tie into the title?
Hang in there with me, and as we go through this. We’ll laugh some, cry some, and grow to be better people together. Remember this is a book to help grow and become better people.

I remember driving my son home from school one day, and was talking on the phone with Kim Ades about the possibility of writing this book. He over heard the conversation and asked in that 16 year old attitude, “what did you say? Women Really Do Run the World”. Than he said, “I don’t think so”.
I Laughed, and said, “Who makes you breakfast, who makes you dinner?” He than said, “My Mom”
That’s when I said, “It sounds to me like she rules your world.”
